About
After taking several Ceramics electives at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario with Roger Kerslake, I began working full time with clay in 1994 while apprenticing with Cunningham Pottery in Des Moines, Iowa.
I received my BFA from NSCAD in Halifax, Nova Scotia where I majored in ceramics with a focus on wheel throwing, mould making and Maiolica surface glazing techniques. I briefly worked as a ceramics technician, production thrower and continuing education instructor before establishing my own studio & showroom in 1998 in Neustadt, Ontario, a picturesque village in rural Grey County.
