Soup, made with a blend of white and Ontario Grown Wild Rice.. This soup is lovely on its own or dressed up with some cooked chicken, or go meatless and add mushrooms
What you will need: 6 cups of water and chicken or mushrooms (optional)
If you are using mushrooms add butter or oil to your soup pot add mushrooms and fry until brown. Add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil, add soup packet and (optional chicken), cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes stirring occasionally
